Möbius is the Governance Operating Model — an opinionated runtime that makes data safe to act on across systems, migrations, and AI. It decides whether data is safe to act on, and proves it, every time the data is accessed. We build the software that enforces that decision — and we work with regulated teams to define what certified looks like in their domain.
What we build

The governance engine
The certification workflow, the gateway, the audit trail. The structural primitives that make the operating model enforceable.
Managed operations
For customers who deploy Möbius in Connect or Enclave mode — hosted in their cloud or on-premises — we run the managed services: hosting, upgrades, monitoring.
Consulting
Governance is a human problem first. We define certification standards for your domain, train stewards, and design AI agent governance policies. The software makes those policies structurally enforceable.
How Möbius is deployed
Möbius runs in three configurations. All three run the same governance engine.
Deployment choice does not change the certification model or the gateway behaviour.
Origin
Möbius was started because too many regulated decisions rest on data that was never certified for the decision being made — and no existing tool answers that as a structural guarantee. Data catalogs describe data. Quality tools measure it. Warehouses store it. None of them govern the moment of consumption. Möbius was built for that moment.
